I'm sorry you have this problem. People have found breathing slowly and regularly into a paper bag helpful. Also making yourself notice things in your environment does distract from the panic attack and help reduce it. How about therapy. Have you tried that? It can give you really good skills for managing it. Medication can help also. You can Google, and CBT therapist for your area. I hope and pray this does improve for you in the future.
