There's absolutely nothing wrong with you; we normals are inferior. It can't be helped. If anything we're the ones who should feel guilty for being in the way of brilliant people. Nothing that happened is your fault, unless you were intentionally rubbing your success in people's faces, which it doesn't sound like you were doing.
I'm probably going to get called out for this. Oh well.
