Hello. I am currently in CBT and on Lexapro. Lexapro only helps for the generalized part of my social anxiety, and has become a lot better. I don't really want to go off of it because of the performance based stuff.
Also, I have never used a paper bag and would feel embarrassed in front of so many people. Also, I have been trying to distract myself during them.
