A lot of people like to write a letter so that the person reading it can have some time to process the information. Other people prefer to say it in person. It can be scary, you're opening up to someone and that can make us feel vulnerable. But most of the time, you're gonna have to end up doing it sooner or later anyways!

That said, do you know how your parents feel about the LGBT community? That could give you a good idea on their reaction. If it's extremely negative and hostile, then maybe wait a bit though, okay? We want you to be safe.

As for hormone blockers, from everything I've read and heard, the only thing they do is delay puberty. There's been nothing to show this to be damaging in any way. You're young to transition, but puberty blockers give you and your parents time.

I don't know much about the MtF side of HRT so maybe someone else can help fill in on that. That probably won't be for a while, though, so there'll be time to look into that as well.

If you've been feeling depressed, emotional havoc and crying spells is pretty typical. And often it doesn't make any sense to the one experiencing it. If you're worried you could possibly see if you can talk to your doctor about it. Might not be a bad idea to bring up anyway
Thanks I just don't now how they feel my mom has asked me before if who I love and I just put up mental block and go dead silent but she seems fine with LGB but Not sure about Transgender, so so so hard, and what I want from Testosterone blockers is to make sure I do not go through male puberty, so I can transition later in life easier. And thanks for replying.
