I'm female (oops, meant to mention), with longish hair.

JustTVTroping - thanks for the tips. Interesting that the apple cider vinegar works well for you. I rinse with diluted white vinegar, because when I tried apple cider vinegar... I could NOT get the smell out for a WEEK... for some reason, my hair is really good at holding on to smells! (Thanks, hair!). I've only started playing with the hair dryer and do try to keep the heat low, but so far, the results have not been impressive!

Christina, thanks for the recommendations! I really hate the feel of stuff in my hair too... I'll have to check out the Verb line. Thanks! I've never heard of "ghost oil"... now I'm really curious!
