C'mon now, Steve's not that bad, true he can be an xxx, but that's his job...motivater, gets the ball rolling, drive. He's impatient and does not screw around....not much of a people person. He just lacks empathy. We wouldn't be where we are today without him. We got others for caring and stuff. Let's not knock Steve. He means good, just doesn't know how to show it, really.
