It's been a week. I'm a lot worse.

I bought a pack of cigarettes because I ripped up a pack and threw it away yesterday. I said that I don't like lying to my mom. Cigarettes make me a bit euphoric though.

Took 4mg Cogentin because I was trying not to take it but the akathesia is bad. Especially that I don't have Concerta for today until tomorrow idk

Bit suicidal thinking because I'm so isolated.

I think that my mood is primarily based on my environment.
