Before you do anything document everything, as best as you can. The more you can back up your claims the less crazy you will sound. Also if anyone else can back up your claims, it will sound better also.

Does she treat anyone else like this? Is it possible she has some kind of issue, or took something the wrong way? She could also just be a jerk.
