All,
I'm the finalist in a job that I think would be a pretty good match. I've been working with a headhunter and have done the following:
*Prep interview -- preliminary "got your resume" thing -- 1 hr
*In depth interview with headhunter -- 2 hrs
*Asked by headhunter to fill out extensive online profile -- 4 hrs of essays, etc
*Preparatory interview with headhunter to prepare me for....
*Interview with organization's search committee on the phone.
During the interview with the committee on the phone, the headhunter introduced everyone via a conference call and then proceeded to tell me that my interview would be recorded.
I have so much invested in this whole exercise, but the idea that my interview would be recorded, and shared (where? how often? With whom?)
I didn't say NO, but now I wish I would have. I no longer want this flipping job!
But I wanted to know if others had a similar experience? Maybe I'm living under a rock?
This is a new one for me!
