Hi Blue Bird, I just got home from work and didn't eat lunch, which isnt the healthiest, but now I just had a greek yogurt as a snack. For dinner tonight I will hopefully be having lentil soup. It's progresso, but its on 70 calories a serving.
I think it's great that you were able to persevere against your cravings. My relationship with food used to be as such that food cravings had control over me instead of vice versa. They still nag at me, and sometimes I lose the battle. But I've really started to enjoy things I should eat, and I'm starting to have wacky cravings for vegetables and stuff like that.
I'm glad you started this, it will be great to see the healthy things that other people eat and share recipes and stuff.
