I can't believe it!!!! Yesterday, we went for the prelim hearing on the TRO on my neighbor. We didn't even get to talk to the judge!!! He denied it!!!

Apparently him calling the cops, Animal Control, the fire dept, etc. on me every time I make a move ISN'T harassment! The time he played games with my neighbor and I on the streets MAY have been considered harassment. Maybe, just maybe the fact that he came to my back fence and called a friend and me names MAY be called harassment... ACCORDING TO THE COURT... not the police! What the hell is wrong with our justice system??? The police say one thing, such as "get a restraining order and you'll make my job easier" and then an attorney and the judge says "Oh, they don't know what they're talking about! They always say that!" EXCUSE ME???? It seems to me that lawyers and judges have set themselves up as GOD! The wind has been slammed out of my wings. Do I have to continue living across the street from this alcoholic nut case for the rest of my life?? It's against the manager's precious "Rules and Regs" of the park to have tall fences around the inside properties. I just might dare the stupid, old manager to try and do something when I put mine up! Her excuse to me about not doing anything about this idiot was "He doesn't listen to me, anyway." Oh yeah?? If he can get away with his crap then, by golly, I'm putting a fence around my property whether she likes it or not!! Her motto is NO EVICTIONS. HAHA Fine! I won't be facing that... just her *****ing... if she can get past my gate!! I've refused to give her my phone number because I know how she'll use it!

More bad news... Jerry left for Canada... AGAIN... this morning!

More bad news... The latest baby dove is missing. It was almost full grown. There's no place where it could have gotten out. SomeONE had to have stolen it! I wonder who?!?!

More bad news... My cat has been missing for two days. In fact, both the bird and the cat disappeared the same day!
