The last couple of days I've been seriously considering a new therapist. I read about cognitive behavioral therapy and decided I should probably be talking to someone who uses this. My current therapist is good. I just kinda get the feeling that other than some breathing exercises and a tapping technique (that I couldn't get around to trying because I lost the paper), that there isn't a 'next step'. I could be wrong tho, idk. Anyway, do you guys worry about finding a psychologist or a therapist? Does the difference really matter that much? And does anyone else have experience with CBT?
