If you have suicidal plans in your head, then yes, your safety is of the utmost concern and needs to be taken care of. That means going to a safe place where you won't be tempted to enact those plans. Suicide is never the answer, it only creates more pain and even is taking a huge cost out of your family's wallet.

Just because you don't like the psych ward is not a reason to not go there. It's an excuse, and a way to avoid getting much needed help. I understand the allure suicide might have. Escaping all your earthly woes is very tempting. But you have to resist it. Not telling the truth is giving into those dark temptations and leads you on a dangerous downward path.
