Cogentin makes my mouth and hands dry and then there's urinary retention. I don't think I'm allowed to take that much with the side effects like that.

It's bad akathesia but risperidone was so bad that I was afraid to be alive much longer. I couldn't make eye contact and was paranoid and it felt so weird. That and the risperdone making me anxious is what made me fear and refuse antipsychotics until the paranoia got bad and took it every day for a week where he gave me Abilify and most of the symptoms went away within 3 weeks.

If I didn't take the cogentin today, I love this med but I have to be honest. A nurse told me that akathesia could be life threatening or it was the other EPS symptoms like muscle tightness.
