I take Prozac and have found it incredibly helpful in battling my depression. It does make me hypomanic though, and mixed at times, so I take Olanzapine (Zyprexa) as well to level me out. Those two meds together are working great. I have been mostly stable for months, which is a long time for a rapid cycler like me. A month ago I stopped taking Lithium due to the side effects. I did swing high for a couple of weeks but seem stable now on just the two meds and Clonazapam PRN.
