Same boat. I miss a lot of vacations events concerts for the same reasons. It sucks. It's gotten to the point that I never plan anything bc I don't want to disappoint. Sometimes I can push myself to smaller things where I know if it gets bad I can leave but I feel good I tried. Vacation is tough, no escape.
