Joining your thread!
I'm not entirely certain of my weight...I weigh somewhere between 180-190 lbs and I'm 5'6". I would be very happy at 150 lbs.
Today I've tried to eat healthier, but like you, I'm a bit of a compulsive overeater when I'm bored...and I have a ton of time on my hands these days!
So I am counting calories. I want to stay between 1600-1800 cals per day. So far I'm at 1413 cals today and it's only 4 pm.
I want to be much healthier by exercising but it's not really in the cards right now as I'm having trouble with hip...it's causing me a lot of pain. So I just gotta stick to watching what I eat.
