I have been to many therapists in my life.
All diagnosed me wrong & said I was bipolar.
I was raped and molested as a child for 7 years by q doctor.
Three years later I started having Holocaust nightmares.
They have lasted 30 yrs.
I have been with a new therapist now for about
a year and a half. He is also my Rabbi.
He is a licensed therapist who works with
addictions, abuse, and PTSD. Am pretty sure
he treats Israeli soldiers coming back from
the front.
He diagnosed me with PTSD. And, I know
this is correct. I highly suggest if you like
this therapist you are seeing-- to stick with it.
And, don't be afraid of this upcoming analysis.
If she is good -- it won't feel like one.
I have lied to all of my past therapists
except my Rabbi. I know he cares & wants
me to get healthy. Also, the spirituality
was also another component that was
missing from all of my other therapists.
