Similiar to that i have been in a mild depressive state for about 2 months now after a short manic episode. I say mild because i am forcing myself to function right now a friend of mine had a stroke 7 weeks ago and still in the hospital he is relying on me for alot of stuff right now. I also decided it was time to go back to school during a manic episode and somehow managed to stick to it right now. I shower atleast on Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday nights because i have classes monday wednesday and friday. I also ho to outpatient groups tuesday and thursdays and friday afternoons. My life is crazy right now but im functioning somehow.
