Day #4 is complete. Just had soup and a sandwich for dinner, and some jello for dessert. It may not seem like I'm eating healthy but in comparison to what I used to eat (like 8 meals a day  ) it's a big change

What's not healthy about that meal? Jello is so low in calories, and it's fine to eat small amounts of sugar in moderation! If you deprive yourself of sweets, you'll eat lots of sweets later on...So good job!
My total calories for today was 1938. A little over my goal, but I think I was eating a lot more calories than this before, hence the weight gain, and why I'm not going to beat myself up about it since it's an improvement.
Also, I tried a crumpet this evening. I'd never had one before. They are really good!
