Ive been following this thread, time to join in! Ive been swimming for about a week, almost every day. I havent lost a single pound - i am 270#, 5'4" - but i told my therapist last week i was ready to be accountable to him about my diet and exercise. Since then, no chocolate except for mocha coffee. I am noticing changes in my body and my energy level. I have been working on my diet for a while, so eating salads is almost a habit now - but i could probably go leaner on the salad dressings. My favorite thing to eat after a swim is a thai rice noodle Soup packet (kinda like ramen) with salad greens wilted in it and tofu cubes. I really sit too much! Thanks for starting this thread!
