Good job, both of you!
I'm stressing out a little because my stomach feels like a bottomless pit. I'll eat a healthy amount of food and feel really hungry after only 30 minutes or so. Like, I'm eating proteins with everything I eat, trying to curb the hunger...I don't understand. Maybe I was just eating a lot more before and stretched out my stomach? That's the only answer I can think.
So it's almost 3:30 pm and I've had 1400 calories so far. All healthy stuff except for 3 donut holes. I'm even trying to drink more water because sometimes you can feel hungry when you're thirsty...but I'm definitely not dehydrated right now.
I am constantly wanting to eat. It's driving me a little nuts. I know if I don't control it, I'll eat and eat and eat. I don't have enough distractions in my life right now to keep me from eating, other than smoking, which isn't healthy either!
