Thanks hon I really do appreciate it i'll go through the links after i'm done writting this post. I do have a PDR electronic library that my boyfriend downloaded that he found for me that has all info on meds etc, but some of the stuff I don't understand because i'm pretty sure it's for doctors.

Anywho- I got off the phone with my psychiarist today and she knows how hard of I time I'm still having since the last time I spoke with her over this past weekend.. she I think said the meds should be switched or even try a combo of meds together which I'm not too sure i'd want to do ... one med to deal with is enough thank you very much.... lol.....

Gotta review some stuff too and i'm assuming she means meds.. guess we'll see on monday. I'm not looking forward to this appt.
