hi Julie

You are not a failure. Returning to the therapist is not a sign of failure but of the desire to improve and stabilize your help even more. Sometimes when we feel depressed. we feel weak, but in fact we are strong because we keep going. despite the difficulties, and you should give yourself the credit for doing that.

I know that in New Zealand. there is GROW the mental health recovery group that has enabled so many people to transform their lives and recover. You might like to consider joining that. I belong to it here in Northern Ireland and it does a fantastic job for sufferers. I hope and pray everything gets much better for you soon. Take care.
