The trick is to get comfortable with alone time. You can learn to appreciate the time you are alone by doing things you enjoy like going to a movie, reading a book, doing a hobby, cleaning, doing a craft. If you want to be around people more you can go window shopping, walk the malls, get a massage or mani pedi, volunteer. Being alone really doesn't have to be a bad thing. It helps you think about goals and what you want out of life and helps you clear your mind. I hope this helps somewhat.
