Hi guys,
I currently have social anxiety and after suffering from it ever since childhood I have realized the best way to deal with the anxiety is to develop tools that's will make it easier. I was molested when I was 7, maybe that's the cause of it. After years of medication, I just recently dropped them with the help of my therapist. My anxiety is much better than it was before however I would like to know how some of dealt with ur anxiety. Any advice would be appreciated. [emoji1]
