How long have you been in therapy? Currently, almost 4 months. Previously, over 5 years-and I am at a point in my current therapy that I never reached in my last, which saddens me.

How often do you go to therapy? Once a week

How do you pay for therapy? Co-pay, and then get reimbursed by my FSA.

Do you have an official "diagnosis"? Depression

Do you work? Yep. Preschool teacher.

Are you married/in a committed relationship? Nope, which is what I am sort of dealing with right now.
