Basically, I'm cool with my therapist we both are vocal she offers great advice is the devil's advocate has a great therapist quality.. Is it the best I can do for free therapy. One thing, has really angered me this stays on this website.....She knew something about me that the system didn't tell her. I approached asking whether if one of my former therapist or pdoc gave her that information. Has she assumed it or kind of let that slip because she needs to play devils advocate to see how I reacted. That was a hell of assumation though! Was she focusing on the behavior of me not taking the abuse from the cross examining lawyer.
This brings up the fact that yea we have problems with memory...No doubt...When we remember something we want to be believe that this in particular wasn't forgotten, the credibility issue with DID/PTSD something we needed to not dwell on, so I decided not to tell her. Because that would require more back story of which she isn't truly understanding.
I have vowed to ignore it, but I'm not sure how the system will respond...I might use certain terms from that situation and or talk about everything people found out without me telling them. Trust is hampered. How much does a therapist suppose to be antagonist or person that triggers to get the system to show a particular one, just know behind the scenes if give us that not good enough feeling which causes more switching
