Hey, does anyone have the same problem as me?
Usually every night I would get panics attacks from thinking about death and dying. I can't breath, my mind gets hazy, I can't stop moving around, I'm shaking, and hyperventilating. The problem is that is happens every night, never in the morning or afternoon. I think the problem is that I have so much time to think, I think about all these things and scare myself. I cried several times about this and it has been going on for about 4 years.
Another problem is that since I do have sleeping issues, I take a nap for about 3 hours everyday in the afternoon and I can't help it, I tend to stay up later at night.
How can I stop this, because I hate dealing with it. What do I do?
