Autism is not cured, as far as I know. Medications are only given to help specific symptoms. I don't think people with autism have psychosis. If they do have psychosis it is co-morbid, it is along side of autism or in addition to autism. In those cases antipsychotics are given and they can be very effective. What symptoms are you calling psychosomatic? I'm just not sure of your question.
