If this happened to me I would be completely freaking out that I had done something wrong or that my T hated me..

I agree with the others that a reply to your email at least should have been given. I think it's really unprofessional that you still haven't heard from your T but even though it sucks greatly I think you should try calling him again - maybe something came up that had him distracted and so he just forgot? ...you will never know until you talk to him.
