Look for a better job! I've been in toxic jobs before and there's really no reason to stay. There's good people in the world! You just have to find the right place for yourself. Keep looking, you'll find it.

I would only advise you quit should you be able to afford to not have the job until you find another. Finding a new job can be tough in this economy as well, and employers do like to see that you currently have a job as well!
