I was just asking this same thing yesterday! Thank you for posting something asking this too! I've been dealing with both depression and anxiety and was thinking about that path too. I don't know much about if it's a good or bad idea(hence why I asked about it on my last post) but I can tell u from experience it helped me a few times. It helped me calm down, helped me sleep amazing, and helped me not feel awful about myself and not as sad. I do know though that there are many different strains(although there are main 3, indica, Sativa, and hybrid) but I'm not familiar with which help with which but I hope it all works out with your cousin and I hope he gets on track towards feeling better and having a happier life[emoji173]️
