I gained 40 lbs on Lithium but lost it all when I went off it when I was healthier mood-wise. It was a trip because I'm anorectic but I was seriously losing the plot. It helped pull me out of a psychotic mixed episode.

I've taken many AD's and AP's and Lithium was the only weight gainer for me.

My pdoc refuses to rx Zyprexa to ANY of his patients due to weight gain.
