some ppl might not agree with this but after loosing our house we thought that there might be some money left over to help clear some of the debts, but we were wrong, we were left with a short full of £4.000, so with this debt and some of the others we sought advice and have decided the best thing to do is go bankruptm we have someone helping us to do this, and he has been brilliant he came today to fill out my forms all i might have to pay is £150 for court costs

i have debts of up to £24.000 but some of these debts are joint ones hubby will be going bankrupt to

the process will take about a mth, i have an appointment on 10th august at court
