I once bought a Kirby vacuum cleaner for $2000 ....that I didn't actually have in the bank, it turned out. I wrote a bad check for that. That was after a huge shopping spree where I stopped keeping track of my spending in the check register. I also bought 3 pleather outfits, 2 pairs of leather boots , a hot pink Baby V guitar( I had no idea how to play it. It looked cool & I like the color). I then had people, including, the Kirby vacuum guys, suing me. I returned some items but most of them wouldn't take the items back. I ended up having to file bankruptcy.

I now have someone help me with my finances for that very reason, Lol.
