I guess if my chest gets congested I'll have no choice but to switch to my nicotine mouthspray but for now as long as I don't have to keep using my inhaler then I'll probably get away with smoking.

Just sipping on a Honey & Ginger Lemsip now (I think it's the same as what you guys call Theraflu) & I guess I'll be having a quiet day.
I always get a bad cough when I give up smoking. I googled it to see if there was any basis behind it or if it was just me. Why do we cough so much after we quit smoking?

You might be better off waiting until your cold is gone at least before you stop, or try stop for a day or two and see what happens. If it gets worse it's probably not the best time to stop.

I'm in the same boat anyway, which sucks because I'm only after a bad cold and it seems it's back. I hope you feel better soon!

Anyway, I was supposed to go out today to a car show with my sister but found out it's €20 to get in and I just don't have that much money and money to do me the rest of the week, my parents aren't here so I can't borrow money. Raging, I got all ready to go, my hair took me ages and it's wasted now lol Boring crappy day to myself so! You guys will keep me company, right? Riiiight?
