My t called when i cancelled due to health Issue to see if I am ok. But wouldn't call if I cancel for other reasons. I cancelled more than once. Reasons being snow storm, work emergency, got sick, my mom had to be taken to the hospital, car accident. I was not charged. I wouldn't see t who charges for missed sessions especially in emergency
