I would make an appointment with your doctor for a referral. my former choir director noticed that I was depressed and anxious cuz I lost my job last year and the losses of my parents . I went to my doctor for a referral for counseling . my doctor referred to the psychological department at the hospital . I called my insurance provider for a therapist .they asked me which city and my zip code and preference . I told them my city ,the zip code , that I prefer a female counselor cuz I had a bad experience with a male therapist . my therapist now I been working with her for a year now .
im happy with my therapist today .she is also an experienced registered nurse as well as a counselor.





Diagnosis: Anxiety and depression
meds: Cymbalta 90mgs at night
Vistrail 2 25 mgs daily for anxiety prn
50 mgs at night for insomnia
