I am still effectively irresponsible (even when I care so much about my tasks I lose sleep over them - until I forget about them that is), unreliable, unable to pay my bills on time (and then spend an entire day procrascinating at work because I left my bills at home and I can't pay for them), unable to pay attention, to meet deadlines. No matter how well my intentions are.
I can manage for a few months here and there, but I feel like I could barely stay in a job for even a year...

I am almost 45 and a few months ago was diagnosed with ADD. I have many of the symptoms of a typical ADDEr . Yes itsucks , the bills get behind, what i have been doing ismaking calenders 3 months in advance. Putting the dates to the bill thats due along with payday schedules. As a bill comes in place in on the calender. Then when you get paid set aside time to pay online or go drop payments off. I hope this helps . As i still struggle with my issues.
Good luck and best wishes. Don't give up.
