Thank you for replying have you tried sn online ADHD test just to be sure saving you from going to see a doc but also preparing you at the same time. I'm not too sure the procedure but once you consult a doctor it will be go go go from there. I hope you do find out the reason for being easily distracted i sure as hell know i can be and i don't have ADHD but you never know.

A lot of people who have ADHD that get diagnosed later on in life feel like they have lost so many opportunities and wasted so much of their life. Be careful.
