UPDATE:

My ESA was finally approved, and they acknowledged that my service dog had already been approved. We continue on to mediation, which has been scheduled for tomorrow, and hopefully this is the day when I get some justice for the discrimination and pain and stress they've put me through. I'm not leaving without taking them to the bank, because they will just do it to someone else if they don't have to open up their wallets to pay for the discrimination they've blatantly engaged in.
