Insurance companies don't understand mental health. If they did, they'd cover more therapy and save some money. Luckily mine hasn't told me no more, but they do limit my visits. I've just agreed with my T that I need more visits so I will have to pay for some of them. My T is willing to charge me what the insurance company pays her. My insurance company always plays the go to the county for counseling card. Never tried that so I don't know what it's like. Hang in there. (((littlemouse)))
