Less carbs, less calories, and less sugar. We are going to do 2-3 mile laps daily. Jackie has an exercise workout plan to start, and hopefully we can get some fitness going on here. A happy mind is a happy body.

Well, that's me, wish us luck. About to give this back to the couch potatoes.
