stereotypes and labels...... come from an extremely shallow understanding of things.... these terms are over-simplifications at an extreme level....

"normal" isnt enough to explain a person.... psychology doesnt comply to a single word.... people have a million and one issues, the way the brain works....

exactly like symptoms and diagnoses... they are there to describe a spectrum of things... a combination of things, but the underlying idea is that it is far more complicated than a single word to encompass an entire thing.... hence misdiagnoses....

what u consider "normal" is an overgeneralization of a million and one issues.... based out of your own disappointment... since they dont understand u, u dont have to understand them...

u dont have to do anything, u dont even have to understand bipolars... but u choose to, because u have a choice... inability to understand is NOT a fact, it IS possible to understand ur "enemy".... u just need to have an open mind.... by not seeing them as an "enemy," and more of an opportunity to grow....

BECAUSE in reality, the only thing making them the "enemy", the only thing making them "normal", the only thing making U "not normal" is simply U...
Thanks for this!
