I know both of my Ts take notes during session, one more than the other. But it's not in depth notes, just things I mention here and there. Sometimes T2 will stop me for a second to write a sentence if it's really important to her, T1 usually just writes my anxiety level and any major changes. Doesn't bother me because they're not focused on it instead of me.
