My T doesn't take notes during sessions. She does write down notes on her laptop after sessions. I don't know how much or little she writes. But she also has a very good memory. She remember things we talked about months ago or how I was 3 years ago. And she remembers the names of my only two friends.
I'm glad she doesn't takes notes during sessions. I think it would be distracting for me.

Pdoc takes notes during appoinments. But he's just for medication and I don't see him often. I don't mind that he does it, but I'm always wondering what he writes down. He doesn't write a lot and I think after I left, he writes everything on his laptop. He sits across from me at his desk. I've tried to read what on his notepad, but his handwriting is so unreadable.

I also take note after sessions. But I don't remember a lot of what's been said in session. Maybe half of it? I wish I had started sooner with note-taking after session. I've no idea what we talked about in the first few sessions. Sometimes my T mentions something and I'm like ''oh, I've told her that?''
