I know she does some notes quickly after because it's hospital policy. But I'm so glad not in front of me.

She remembers things well. I'm sure my old one never took notes since she could have lost her job for seeing me and talking to me outside clinic. But she remembered nothing by the end, to the point where I didn't expect her to remember even important thing. That was annoying.
