My scariest psychosis was when I was depressed- it may have been a mixed episode, but defintely more depressed than anything. I had images of me killing my (then) 11 year old daughter. It seemed so real- I was so afraid I had done it/would do it.
May this not happen to you. If it does- get help right away!

Dx- Bipolar 1, General Anxiety
Meds: 800 seroquel, 300 lamictal, 20 prozac, 150 wellbutrin, 600mg x3 Gabapentin, Synthroid, (Crestor, Tricor, and Metformin to counteract it all.)
