My pdoc takes brief notes by typing them into his PC. He says what he types aloud, because it's his habit. He rarely writes in my paper casefile and I do wonder if he even reads it as he sees patients back to back. His memory isn't good but there's the EHR for my meds.

My ex T jotted down notes on paper than does up formal notes in my paper casefile.

Current T doesn't take notes and she has left while I'm handling billing at the counter, so I wonder if she takes any notes. Maybe she writes them when back in her office from the therapy room.

Her memory is pretty good, though.
